In 2004, Mrs. Kim first opened the doors of Restaurant Kimchi without any prior experience or expectation. Today, she runs the restaurant with the same goal as in the beginning: to share healthy food to our customers as Mrs. Kim had done so for her husband and three children at home.

Mrs. Kim believes food to be the best gateway for cultural understanding and connection. She has been invited to various cultural events throughout the Czech Republic, where she introduces the Korean cuisine to many, using the freshest ingredients. Although no one has officially given her the title, she takes pride in being an ambassador for the Korean cuisine and culture.
